About Us

Blofield Nurseries is a family owned and run company, we specialise in large quantities of Azalea, Camellia, Pieris and Dwarf/Hybrid/Yak Rhododendrons. Blofield Nurseries produces over a million rooted cuttings, 250,000 P11 liners, 150,000 P9 liners and 50,000 2 litre shrubs. The majority of production is grown to contract for customers across Europe. Click here for further information about our company. At the beginning of 2005 the nursery gained the BOPP accreditation.


In September 2005, John was awarded Propagator of the Year by the IPPS.


We are still developing new cold hardy camellia varieties.

 

Our Site

The Nursery is based in Norfolk on one site situated on the outskirts of Blofield village. There is over 4 acres of glasshouses, 1 acre for propagation and the rest for liner production. For the cutting production we have about 1.5 acres of mother stock.
